  • Assisting you in completing the required legal disclosures and inspections
Develop a detailed marketing plan specifically for your property, including:
  • Listing on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
  • Print advertising in multiple real estate publications, flyers, and direct mail
  • Internet advertising on personal, company, and national real estate websites
  • Holding well-advertised Broker’s Tours and Open Houses, with knowledgeable agents present to speak with buyers and provide property information
  • Networking and careful follow-up with real estate agents who have seen and shown your property
Negotiate the Sale and Manage the Escrow, including:
  • Suggesting the best approach for hearing offers given current market conditions
  • Reviewing and evaluating offers
  • Negotiating to a successful conclusion
  • Troubleshooting, managing, coordinating and communicating with all parties to ensure the most successful escrow process possible
